Leadership Challenge

This year we have revamped the senior leadership challenge to make it accessible to more students and to promote a greater range of leadership opportunities. Each term the children will be given a range of opportunities to involve themselves in and earn points. These will be across a range of 4 areas -
Self-Management challenges
Personal challenges
Physical challenges and
School and Community Challenges
Some of these will change each term to keep it fresh and we will be looking for ideas from the children also.
we have explained to the children that this is designed to encourage their own personal leadership skills - so they therefore need to take on these challenges and make them their own. It will be up to them to organise and initiate groups, and we will help where we can. However it will Not be teacher driven.
Here is a copy of the Term 1 Challenge sheet.Ask them to bring it home. It may be useful to talk it through with your children and discuss what they might have a go at. Any feedback will be gratefully received.
